Counselling Services

Sometimes life at uni feels overwhelming. Stress, anxiety, depression, or personal challenges can affect your wellbeing and your ability to cope. Professional counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and regain a sense of balance.

Here’s how we help:

Cost

University students get a special discount for counselling services to make getting help more affordable

50 Minute session $125 ➔ $79
90 Minute session $225 ➔ $139

Long-term

Long-term counselling clients* receive access to all premium academic support services at the standard counselling rate. That’s how we invest in your mental health and your academic future.

Financial hardship

No one should miss out on support because of financial hardship.
While my standard fees apply for most clients, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for those experiencing significant financial difficulty. These are allocated based on need and availability. If this would make counselling accessible for you, please reach out to discuss your situation.
